Ready to live
MaxHaus is delivered with polished concrete floors, ready to use. The ceiling in raw concrete has no beams, ready to install whatever pendant chandeliers and ornaments you want.
The MaxDoor is included in the purchase, and so is the MaxBagno, which is equipped with everything you need. The true meaning of "Ready to live".
Windows
MaxHaus has not saved on windows. With 1.60m high and only 60cm from the floor, they provide internal lighting 50% higher than regular apartments.
Backyard
MaxHaus comes with a backyard: an open space that can be your garden, your laundry area, your extended kitchen, your home office, or whatever you want it to be.
