Real Estate MaxCasa, founded and controlled by José Paim de Andrade, is the company responsible for MaxHaus property development line. An innovative concept in the Brazilian real estate market, which gives residents freedom to choose their apartments as they want.

Paim was charter member and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with Rossi Residencial and responsible for the development of Plano 100, which made the company lead the sector in the country.

In addition to MaxCasa, Paim has also founded and is currently in control of two companies in the real estate sector: MaxCap and MaxCap\Voga.

MaxCap participates in the Real Estate Project Management. MaxCap\Voga administers the real estate Investment fund Brazilian Real Estate Principals, which has investments in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, and also MaxCasa.
